Refund Policy

What are your options after your order has been delivered to you?


If your received item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will do our best to replace the item for you (depending on availability) or alternatively refund you the full amount if you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it in.

Please be aware that by signing/accepting the delivery, you confirm that the goods are in good condition and not faulty.
