What options do you have if you want to change your order after your goods have been shipped?

If the item received is defective, damaged or the wrong product, we will try our best to replace it for you (depending on the availability of the item) or alternatively provide a full refund if you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

The product must be unused and in the same packaging as when you received it.

Please note that by agreeing to the delivery of goods you confirm that all goods are in good condition and free from defects.
